Curating ATP NYC

Initially, it was reported that the NYC ATP being curated by Malkmus was to be held in Asbury Park, NJ in September. I have come to discover since that that may be off, and they are determining a different location.
Anyone know what's going on here? Patrick?

Or how about bands that are signed on? I had heard the Jicks, Mogwai, maybe Sonic Youth.
