I just got off the phone with Bob. He said no. Instead he's adding:
Chain Wallet Bitch
Hold On Hope
Want One?
Pick Seeds From My Skull
Fether Herd
The Ugly Vision

I actually don't mind Pick Seeds From My Skull.

Patrick, on a completely unrelated matter:
is it true Mark Eitzel is re-forming American Music Club? and if so, would Matador be the label to release said release?
would have posted this question on the Mark Eitzel board, but there doesn't appear to be one.

whatever. "Picking Seeds From My Skull" is one of the finest songs he has ever written.

Your right it's not that bad (though in my opinion not one of his best). I was thinking of Second Step Next Language.

heheh i LOVE want one!
It feels a bit like a joke song, I know the imagery is hardly positive but it always makes me laugh.

I just find the main call and response part of the song annoying but leave it to Bob to throw in that bit of candy:
Living the dream of kings before children
Come inside I'll show you
A ticket to sugar pie
Yeah, I want one
A lesson before you die
Hey gimme one
I want one
Yeah, it's like the good bit in In Stitches. If only I could remember which bit that is.

Could it be:
I hear you singing the spiritual getaway
Yearning to hike away
From hurt and spiny things
Who use you for their practice
and settlements
Permanent holy wars dissolve
and crash
On the red horizon
Busted bottle red sunshine
Moonfire flickering
Those parts always remind me of the cool parts of Who songs that Pete Townshend always used to sing. Like in Bargain when he sang
I sit looking round
I look at my face in the mirror
I know I'm worth nothing
Without you
Always gave me chills
That's the bit, and I agree about the Who bits as well.

I don't really like "cut out witch" they always play it for some reason. I guess cuz it "rocks"
I prefer it on UTBUTS cos it sort of fits in.

the version of "wished I was a Giant" on the live video is strangely perfect, like they're lipsyncing or something.
