Punctuate! series available in stores?

I was in a newly opened Newbury Comics branch today and, in teh vinyl section, noticed a large 8xLP Mission of Burma set in non-descript white sleeves. It looked like it was the 8xLP subscription set bundled together for commercial sale. The price was pretty high, $39.99.
So, my question is: Is this thing a set that has been distributed to the store by Matador or is this Newbury Comics reselling one of the subscription sets at a high mark-up?

We had a few extras that we sold to stores at a much higher price than the original subscribers paid. It's totally legit.
