Witch Mountain Bridge

Most of you know I'd never voluntarily post to a thread in this section, much less start one of my own. But "Witch Mountain Bridge" has grabbed me in a way no other Malkmus track has grabbed me since I heard Pavement for the first time about 9 years ago. The rest of Pig Lib is pretty standard Malkmus fare, and may or may not improve with repeated listens...but "Witch Mountain Bridge" is the work of a master craftsman.

I agree..Dark wave is the shiz-nit. I am listening to this for the first time and I keep getting surprised by how good this is compared to what I expected....

Pig Lib is the first good ALBUM i have heard in a long time. Everything just flows together and was well planned. While there are some really good songs, it is greater as a whole. Fantastic.
