Alright: If interested please answer the following.

1) how would you describe PGMG
2) if you hadn't yet started listening to them, what album would you begin with.
3) what (if any) album of their's would you recommend NOT buying

I am uber-shitty at describing the sound of bands so I'll leave it to someone else...

They only have one full-length album out currently and it's Good Health, released by Lookout.

I highly recommend it.

Get the self-titled Murder City Devils LP, or at least the "Boom Swagger Boom" 7", and forget these fucking clowns exist. The singer and bassist of PGMG will never top their work on this one song, so they seemed to go aboot making the worst music possible instead. Nice trade off.

i'll check it out. I haven't decided how I feel about PGMG yet either. Although I guess I shouldn't say either, you seem to have made up your mind...

I only have the first album, but it's really good, and you can probably find it for under $10.
